I started with Wells Brothers in 1997 through the Upper Valley JVS apprenticeship program in electrical trades. From apprentice to electrical field technician and job runner, I later transitioned to the mechanical department to broaden my skills. I worked my way up … and now serve as a supervisor in the mechanical department. There’s a real opportunity for growth here — the harder you work, the more you can achieve.
