Established a relationship with Saint John Leadership Institute, founded by Fr. Nathan Cromly. Major milestones: Fr. Nathan began conducting soft skills training for leadership Walk-In-TRUTH was born
Culture Solution Implementation
Introduced “The Culture Solution” book by Matthew Kelly to leadership team, division managers, and supervisors. Established our first set of core values: respect, integrity, initiative.
Best Version Objectives
Objectives were established for both employees and the company to become the “Best Version of Yourself.”
Spiritual Foundation
25th anniversary and two significant culture-building initiatives were introduced: Prayer at weekly leadership meetings and monthly employee meetings Introduction of Matthew Kelly’s “What it means to Become the Best Version of Yourself”
The Mission Statement
The mission statement was established: “Treat the customer and my co-worker as I would like to be treated.”
